The 5th IPGC is dedicated to ensuring an inclusive and accessible conference experience for all attendees, including those bringing children and those with reduced mobility.

Childcare

The 5th IPGC offers professional childcare facilities within the conference center at no cost. These facilities are designed to provide a safe and engaging environment for children while their parents attend conference sessions.

Minimum number of 5 children to perform the service.

Location

The childcare area is conveniently located within the conference center, ensuring that parents can easily check on their children.

Service Design

This service aims to accommodate as many children as possible, with a waiting list available.

In addition to free childcare, the 5th IPGC offers a registration waiver for a support person (another parent or caregiver) to assist with the care of children under age of 3.

Reduced Mobility

The 5th IPGC is committed to making the conference accessible to all participants, including those with reduced mobility.

Accessibility

All conference areas, including lecture halls, exhibition spaces, and common areas, are fully accessible.

Assistance
